These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and xk111 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Opening or operating more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including:

• Your date of birth, which must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. xk111 is not liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify xk111 support immediately via live chat or email.

xk111 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through locally supported payment methods. No international payment methods, credit cards, or cryptocurrency payments are currently accepted. All transactions are subject to the following terms:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by xk111, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• Deposits are credited to your xk111 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• xk111 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are the responsibility of the player and are outside xk111's control.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods such as BPL match days or public holidays.

xk111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 6.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a verification request.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder, which xk111 will action promptly and without delay upon receipt.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited at xk111's discretion. Where an account is voluntarily closed by the player, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirement amounts) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the xk111 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of xk111 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xk111 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the xk111 platform without the prior written consent of xk111. Any unauthorised use of xk111 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xk111 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the xk111 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and outside xk111's control.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability caused by technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or network infrastructure failures.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or your failure to notify xk111 of suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits xk111's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by xk111's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

xk111 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xk111 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform at login. Continued use of the xk111 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the xk111 platform immediately and may request the closure of your account by contacting support. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute will apply to the resolution of that dispute.
